These terms apply when you use porchpenny.com or buy a PorchPenny digital product. By using the site or purchasing, you agree to them.
Digital products
PorchPenny sells downloadable digital files, such as spreadsheet templates and PDF guides. No physical item will be shipped. Your files are delivered electronically after checkout through the store platform you purchased from.
Purchases and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars. Checkout and payment are handled by third-party platforms (for example, Gumroad or Etsy), and their terms also apply to your purchase. Applicable sales taxes may be added at checkout. We may change prices or offers at any time, but changes don't affect orders already completed.
License
When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own household. You may:
- Use and edit the files for your own personal and household budgeting
- Make copies for your own backup and share your copy with members of your household
You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, upload to template marketplaces, or include the files (or modified versions) in any product you sell or give away. All PorchPenny content, designs, and trademarks remain our property.
Refunds and support
Because these are digital downloads, sales are final, but if a file doesn't work for you, contact us and we'll make it right. Email hello@porchpenny.com. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Our products are organizing tools only. They are not tax, legal, or financial advice. Please read our full disclaimer.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you enter in our products, for checking results against official documents, and for keeping your own backups. Spreadsheet results depend entirely on the data you enter and on the software you use to open them.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PorchPenny will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, data, or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
